The apartment is located on the 2500-meter-long promenade with many restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is accessible over the full length and if desired, you can make use of beach service. There is free parking space around the urbanization. Laguna Beach is a community with tennis courts, heated- and open swimming pools, restaurants and supermarkets. The terrain is beautifully landscaped with pools and parks.

 

The living room is equipped with Sofa bed, Satellite- and Smart TV with English, Dutch, German and Spanish channels, WiFi, Air-conditioning/heating, built-in safe. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and wardrobes. Roof terrace with stunning sea views, sunbeds, table with chairs. Because of its location between the Sierra de Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea, Torrox has the best climate of Europe. It has an average temperature of 18 degrees and more than 300 sunny days per year.

Nerja (15 min): Caves, Balcon de Europe, walking through Rio Chilar,  watersport at Burriana, cosy small beaches and streets, Very nice tapasbars

Torre Del Mar (20 min): Waterpark, beach bars, big promenade, gocart

Frigiliana (20 min): Cosy Village with small streets and a beautifull view. 

Malaga: 45 min

Sierra Nevada (1,5u): Where you can ski, walking

- Security Deposit: € 100 to pay when you enter the apartment. (I give you back when you leave the apartment and everything is fine).
