Enjoy the silence in the apartment, located on the first floor in a house with 3 apartments. We, the owners An & Yannick, live downstairs and are very happy to rent out the 2 apartments above..  

The house has a private swimming pool (4x7m) with a big terrace, sun beds and beach umbrellas. both apartments have a beautiful sun terrace with barbecue and sea view.

The house with seaview is located on 2,5 km from El Morche, where you can find the big sandy beach, bakery, shops, bars, restaurants,... The bigger towns like Nerja and Torre Del Mar are very interesting and located on 10 km from the apartment.

 

Torrox Costa (5min) : Lighthouse,  big promenade with restaurants.

Nerja (18 min): Caves, Balcon de Europe, walking through Rio Chilar,  watersport at Burriana, cosy small beaches and streets, Very nice tapasbars

Torre Del Mar (20 min): Waterpark, beach bars, big promenade, gocart

Frigiliana (20 min): Cosy Village with small streets and a beautifull view. 

Malaga: 45 min

Sierra Nevada (1,5u): Where you can ski, walking

 

Torrox (10 min),  Cómpeta (25 min), Viñuela (35 min), Málaga (45 min), Benalmádena (1u), Fuengirola (1u), Antequera (1u15min), Granada (1u20min), Marbella (1u20min), Sierra Nevada (1u25 min), Ronda (2u), Trevélez (2u) Are also worth a visit.

Payment

​

- You pay 30% now, 70% 6 weeks in front.

- I send you a contract with all the information and payment details.

- Security Deposit: € 150 to pay when you enter the apartment. (I give you back when you leave the apartment and everything is fine).

Extra bed: € 20/ night

Extra babybed: € 25/ stay
