There is 1 double bed, kitchen with washing machine and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave with grill, toaster and coffee machine.

There is free parking in the street and neigbourhoud, but can be hard to find in high season... There is always place on the big parking ( 15-20 min walking)

Payment:
- You pay 30% now, 70% 6 weeks in front.
- I send you a contract with all the information and payment details.
- Security deposit: € 100 to pay when you enter the apartment. (I give you back when you leave the studio and everything is fine).
Long term rental:
Also available for long term rental (1-6 months) between November, 1 and march, 31. Price: € 225/week with a minimum of 4 weeks.
