Maintenance and cleaning for absent landlords can be a major problem. When you sign up to our service, you can rest assured we'll care for your home as if it were our own. The service includes cleaning, changing bedlinen and towels and collecting a deposit from your guests to avoid damage.

Providing your guests with a warm welcome to your holiday home is essential. Our experience and language skills (Dutch, English and Spanish) allow us to make your guest feel right at home. This service includes getting the keys to your rental guests, provide them with all the necessary information, collect and refund the security deposit 

Holiday Rental

If you have a property that you like to rent out for holidays, go to the contact page and send us your details. We will list and advertise your property on our own webpage, alternatively we can also list your property on other worldwide portals (Airbnb, Booking.com, Spainholiday.com, Home Away, Atraveo and Expedia).
