- DEPOSIT: € 150 to pay when you enter the apartment. (I give you back when you leave the studio and everything is fine).
- ANNULATION: If you cancel your booking for any reason, we give you money back if we have another reservation for those days.

Security deposit: € 150, to pay when you arrive, when you leave and everything is fine, we give it back.
Extra bed: €10/ night
Extra babybed: €25/ stay
